Are your hijabs suitable for all seasons?

Absolutely, our hijabs are made of polyester and elastane. This means you can wear our hijabs in all seasons.

How should I best care for my hijabs?

You can wash them at 30 degrees and ironing is not necessary.

What are your shipping options and costs?

Shipping costs vary per country. You can check the shipping costs during checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to the countries Germany, Belgium, Austria and France. The shipping costs can be seen during checkout.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Within the Netherlands we try to deliver within three to five working days. This may differ due to holidays and stock availability.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a track & trace by email.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the chosen shipping option and destination. Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 3 to 5 working days.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all orders above € 75,- will be shipped free

Select the hijab you want, add it to your cart, and follow the steps in the checkout process.

How can I be sure my order has been placed?

After the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Do not forget to check the spam.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes, you can simply place an order without an account. You will also receive a track & trace in this case.

Do you accept multiple payment methods?

Yes, we accept payments with iDeal, PayPal, Bancontact and Giropay.

Will I receive a confirmation when my order is shipped?

Absolutely, you will receive a confirmation email after your order. Once your order has been posted, you will receive a track & trace from us.

What should I do if I did not receive a confirmation email?

Our policy allows customers to return unused and undamaged hijabs within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange.

What are the conditions for returns?

We only accept returned hijabs that are unused or undamaged.

Are there any costs associated with returning a hijab?

The costs of returning a hijab are usually the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or due to an error on our part.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

We try to process refunds within seven days. It may then take a few days for the money to be deposited.
